T2 - Beech - Located on southern boundary of rear garden next to northwest corner of neighbouring house. Historically heavily reduced (may be specimen remining from old hedge). Unmanaged growth has left poor form to current height of ~12m. Double-stemmed at ~2m. One stem growing out at 45 degree angle through canopioes of adjacent Sycamores. Canopy of vertical stem touching neighbouring house and growing into the balcony. Reduce stem growing at 45 degree angle by 6m. Reduce vertical stem by 3m in height and reduce the remining crown by 2m to restructure canopy. Reduce branches away from neighbouring house to clear the house by 2m.
