Prior approval request for single storey rear extension that would 1) extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 4.00 metres, 2) have a maximum height of 3.50 metres and 3) have eaves that are 2.90 metres high. They would like to demolish the existing garage and build a new outbuilding at the rear. This will be set 1.4m from the rear boundary line, 3m deep x 6m wide, with an eave height of 2.5m. It will be finished in larch cladding to look like the majority of neighbouring sheds, and all other materials are to match the extension.
