Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)-Insert double upvc doors (1800mm x 1600mm) on the rear ground floor to replace the existing windows. Insert skylight (1000mm x 1000mm) in rear ground floor flat roof. Replacement of plastic roof at side of property with a solid slate roof to match existing including a Velux window (550mm x 1180mm) within new roof. This area is to be closed off at the end. Existing windows and doors to be replaced with upvc in similar appearance to existing and in exact same locations. Insert Velux in the rear flat roof of the second floor (940mm x 980mm). Insert Velux window in loft roof (450mm x 550mm) as per email and picture sent 20/10/25). Replace rotten rear wooden gate. Repair and replace patio. Replace outbuilding door with double doors. all as per submitted drawings.
