Application for a Non Material Amendment relating to 16/01092/OUT and subsequent S73 DC/21/06805 - Variation to the wording of condition 30 of the outline approval B/16/01092. The current wording reads as follows: Reserved Matters applications for the site submitted pursuant to Condition 2 shall provide that, overall, not less than 18 properties shall be subject to restrictions preventing occupation for persons under the age of 55. Prior to the commencement of any residential development, a scheme setting out the details by which these units are to be made available, the timing of their delivery, and how these units are thereafter managed to ensure they remain available to persons aged 55 or over shall be submitted for the written approval of the Local Planning Authority, and these units shall thereafter be provided and maintained in accordance with the approved details. We wish to amend this wording to read as follows: Not less than 18 properties within the approved development shall only be subject to occupation by persons aged 55 or over. Occupation by persons aged 55 or over may include their immediate, dependant family. Occupation of the designated properties may also be by a widow or widower or surviving civil partner of an occupier. Prior to the occupation of any residential development, a scheme setting out the details by which these units are to be made available, the timing of their delivery, and how these units are thereafter managed to ensure they remain available to persons aged 55 or over shall be submitted for the written approval of the Local Planning Authority, and these units shall thereafter be provided and maintained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To comply with Neighbourhood Plan Policy EB5 and Policy CS15 part vi to protect the dwellings to be occupied for older people.
