Discharge of Condition 5 of previously approved application LA06/2023/2249/F which states:- A final Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) shall be submitted to and agreed by the Council prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved. The final CEMP must identify the perceived risks to the aquatic environment, potential pollution pathways and mitigation measures to negate such risks. The final CEMP must, as a minimum, include a Construction Phase Site Drainage Plan and all the mitigation measures included within Chapters 5, 7, 8 and Appendix H of the Outline CEMP. The Drainage Plan must clearly show all surface water drainage as well as the location of any proposed interceptors, sumps and silt traps with their associated drainage channels and destination of all drainage discharged from the site. The final approved CEMP shall be fully implemented and adhered to during the entire construction phase of the development hereby approved. Reason: To ensure effective avoidance and mitigation measures have been planned for the protection of the water environment and designated sites.
