Planning Application Details - TRE/2025/0640

Felling of A1 Species: Common Ash (fraxinus excelsior) Reason for fell: showing signs of die back in the crown Report from Tree Surgeon - Ed Bentley of Bentleytreescapes:- Various bark inclusions hiding previous wounds. Poor preview pruning cuts leading to rot in the main stem. Lesions and bleeds showing in various branches. Overall tree is in poor health and in striking zone of property. Acting upon the advice of Ed Bentley, we feel it is best to fell the tree as soon as possible to prevent any damage to our and neighbouring property. We have discussed this with our neighbour and they agree this is the best outcome.
